probably the worst dermatologist I have been to. The location in kenner  never answers the phone when I call about my medication, my prescriptions never gets filled on time, I always end up missing a few pill for my acne because they don't authorize my medication. It is just ridiculous. I am so frustrated and I want to switch dermatologist but I can't right now since I am undergoing a treatment that requires all my files to be transferred but I'm pretty they aren't even capable of doing that.

Very good place to go for skin problems, staff is very nice and helpful and nurses too, dr. Sally was real perfestional, glad my doctor recommend this place .

I had an appointment to check a blackhead that I had removed by a facial. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a cyst. I had to pay a $50 copay. The doctor came in and saw me not even two mins. He put on gloves to check to make sure it wasn’t a cyst. He said it’s not. Then he didn’t even prescribe me any medication for it. Because as of today it is still draining. I will not go here again.

I am not impressed with this place and I am by no means high maintenance or hard to please. They did not care whatsoever both times I came in. This is my first review ever on any place, so that's how much it upset me. I saw different doctors both times and I literally waited exponentially longer than actually being cared for. I had a peel done and they rushed me both times, didn't give me any kind of guidance on aftercare, so I had to Google the whole process of how and what should have been normal protocol. They put it on over my makeup both times and the second time I felt nothing and she said "oh you have foundation on. We should have taken it off. Do you feel anything?" I said no and her reply was "oh well... next time don't wear makeup or wear a light foundation." and didn't apologize or care about completing wasting my time. The first time I had the peel the girl informed me once I questioned about having makeup on "oh it's fine it's the best makeup remover!", so completely contradicting situations between the two visits. The best way I could describe this place in my two experiences is the Wal-Mart of dermatology. Hopefully if whomever reading this decides to go they'll care more for you, but don't be surprised if not.
