Putting trust in someone when a loved one is lying in hospital bed seriously injured was nerve racking for me. I called Bellotti Law the morning after my boyfriend got hit by a SUV cycling because I knew there were some serious injuries. They had someone there by the afternoon to document everything. Karen Nadeau was the attorney we worked with. She explained things very thoroughly as to how to get the best outcome and I made sure my boyfriend followed her advice to the letter. That advice made such an impact on the case in the long run. The hardest part was dealing with the frustration with the other guys insurance. The best way I can describe our attorney is a very smart pit bull. After 18 months we really didn't want to go to court unless absolutely necessary. She listened to all of our thoughts and concerns and got everything we asked for and more! When my boyfriend called to tell me the good news, I was standing in Costco and started crying. I'm genuinely grateful. I do know how money hungry lawyers are made out to be, but I respect the amount of quality work that the whole firm does to get results. Everyone there, from the moment you walk in to the moment things are concluded, is classy, professional, and efficient. I hope I never need another personal injury attorney again, but if I do you will certainly be my first call.

It was a blessing to hire Attorney Peter Belloti for my case. He is very organized and professional. I thought my life was over due to a case involving leaving an accident scene with property damage until I spoke to Peter. He brought my anxiety level from 10-0...i felt so confident in him right away...he is very witty and kind. Peter was able to dismiss my 'cases' prior to being arraigned. His Law firm has the best staffing , they are very polite, and helpful..i would recommend Attorney Peter Belloti anytime, anyday...and yes! His pricing is not outrageous...

Called for a consultation. Somebody talked to me on the phone for a little while, told me someone will call me back. Waited for a week, no call. Called again and after some checking was told that they can give me a mass bar association number. Law firm not keeping a promise to call back was a surprise to me.

My experience with Attorney Karen Nadeau (a fantastic attorney) and her colleagues at the Bellotti Law Group was exceptional and greatly exceeded my expectations.  After I was injured on an amusement park ride while on vacation with my husband and children, I felt overwhelmed by the medical bills, missed time from work, and disruption to my everyday life.  I’m not litigious by nature, so the prospect of a lawsuit seemed foreign and daunting to me.  My anxiety was compounded by the fact that the injury occurred out-of-state and I was unsure how to proceed.  Karen and the other attorneys at Bellotti Law instilled confidence and calmed my fears, without being unrealistic about what I could expect from the process.  From the first meeting to the final settlement, I was respectfully consulted, thoroughly informed about each step of the process and how other similar cases were resolved, and given options and advice on how I should proceed.  They worked closely with me over several months to gather and organize a multitude of necessary documents, and provided timely updates on their progress with the other party.  They consistently proved again and again that they would not settle for less than what they believed I was entitled.  In the end, the final settlement was much larger than I anticipated. The peace of mind and security that Karen provided meant a lot to me.  I highly recommend her firm for their professional, compassionate, and proactive standards. Such a high level of skill and personal attention is unusual, but the attorneys at Bellotti Law possess and practice both. I just want to thank Attorneys Peter Bellotti and Karen Nadeau.  I was injured in a car accident in 2011 and really appreciate the care and attention they gave my case.  I highly recommend anyone who has been injured to contact Peter and Karen at Bellotti Law Group.  Honestly, the whole law firm goes above and beyond.  For example, there were so many avenues to provide information to the firm, they always listen intently, and they were so helpful at each step.  They do a phenomenal job with everything they provide. You won’t be disappointed by calling Peter and Karen at Bellotti Law Group.
