We moved from Itasca, Illinois to San Luis Obispo, California in November.  Stellar, superior, outstanding, excellent, beyond expectations are a few words that come to mind about our Beltmann experience.  From beginning to end, each staff member made us feel like we were their most important client!  Every person that we came in contact with was professional and very efficient.  We would HIGHLY recommend using Beltmann Relocation Group for your move!!

This company is the worst! DO NOT use them - move your items yourself. They are thieves! Took my stuff almost a month and when I called to ask about it, they would reroute your call or ignore your email. When they did arrive everything was either broken or damaged and they refused to replace or pay for them. DO NOT use this poor excuse of a moving company! Very unprofessional company! DO NOT let them overcharge you for items that won't get to you. They are THIEVES!

They were very personable, and professional.
Helpful and did a great job. Took good care of our furniture and personal belongings.
We can't say enough about how smooth our move was with the Beltman Group, from Illinois to South Carolina.

I hired the team to move me from Chicago to Arizona.  The moving consultant came to my home and provided an estimate and although I could have gone with some other companies, I chose Beltmann because a friend used them and their quote was the most reasonable.  I had quotes for thousands more and quotes for a few hundred less.  However, a companies reputation with its customers is the most important (I feel).   The movers arrived on time and were extremely courteous.  Although I had everything packed, there were some items I didn't pack securely or that I didn't have the right packing equipment for and they packed it and/or packed it more securely.  The movers were also polite with my property and brought their own carpets to roll out as not to track in dirt to my house.    They also covered their shoes.  They had my things moved out in an hour and a half and treated my belongings well.  The only thing I did not use Beltmann for was to move my car.  Their quote for moving my car was a little high and I used another local company.  My things were literally moved to Arizona within 3 days!  It was very fast.  They also kept in touch with my as my things were traveling so I would know when to expect things to arrive.  Once everything came to my new place, the movers in Arizona were just as great as the movers in Chicago.  They had everything moved in within an hour or so and even helped me put things back together, like my coffee table, etc.  They were so easy to work with and I would not hesitate to call them again if I ever move.  Even if I do a local move, which I plan to do when I buy out here, I will be calling them!  They are really as good as it gets and you hear so many horror stories with other companies.  These guys are the best!

The Chicago team that packed and move my household were a great group of guys.  They worked quietly and quickly.  Our interactions were always polite and sometimes humorous.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beltmann.
