I bought an Avenger! The one I wanted. Jason/John was great, very honest, helped inform me which used cars would be a good fit. Ben worked with me on the price and I got a steal! Unfortunately the day after I purchased it, my electronic throttle control went out. I was worried I’d have to pay to fix this, but Ben gave me a loaner and repaired the problem! All at no cost to me! They’re good to their customers! I highly recommend shopping for a used vehicle at Bens, and ask for Jason/John. I’m not sure his name.

Like most slimy used car dealers, this place will run you off if you don't smell like money.
I was told to take my $1000 down and bad credit down the street to a neighboring dealer who "handled people with your sort of... situation".
If you have good credit and/or thousands to put down, go to a new dealer folks. Don't feed the carp.
Some parting advice for Ben's salespeople- if you are going to look and smell both cheap and shifty... can you guys please at least fake a good handshake? The weasly little guy I talked to shook my hand like a 90-year old grandma with palsy. That just... feels disgusting.

I bought a 2006 Range Rover from Ben. I was very happy with the deal I got. My salesman, John, was very knowledgeable and professional. Overall, my car buying experience was very positive!

Ben is a cheater.  Says will work with you on payments but he adds every fee possible.  The car had major problems with it. And would always come out of my pocket.  He sales it above blue book value with no garantees.  I even paid double each month.  On top of that am Military.  Mechanic does not know his job either.  I had to go thru 3 different cars to finally give them all back.  My credit shot to hell because he is charging  triple my payments and still no good cars.  Stay away from BENs.

My son just purchased a 2014 Honda from this dealership and it started acting funny and making noises as soon as he made it home which was about 2 1/2 -3 hours from here. So he took it to a Honda dealership and it had almost zero front and back breaks, needed a new transmission, needs 4 new tires. Its a complete lemon and you can't hardly get in touch with the owner. Every time you call the lady says he will call you back but never does. He finally said he'd fix everything for $2500 but how can we trust it would be done correctly and to have to spend that kind of money when you just spent $10,000 is CRAZY! Also live 3 hours away and how is the car supposed to get back there. Towing said $500 to tow and we shouldn't drive it. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
