I recently picked up my truck from the warranty department for some repairs. It was the worst damn experience that I have ever had at a mechanic shop. These people seem to pick and choose what they want to repair in the first 30 days. Now keep in mind that when I signed the papers on the truck, the sales person even the general manager at the lot said and you can quote me on this "If you find ANYTHING wrong with the vehicle in the first 30 days, warranty will fix it for you at no charge." Last time I checked or anyone else for that matter, ANYTHING meant anything, no matter what it was. Out of a list of about 20 issues that I have found, only about half of them was fixed. Seems like to me it was only the cheapest ones that was addressed. I would not suggest that anyone in their right mind take a vehicle to that warranty department. They are crooked, not friendly, have no clue what they are doing. I seriously doubt they are even A.S.E. Certified in auto repair. Have your own personal mechanic do the work and forward the bill to Express Credit Auto.

I Dont know why these other people are writing such nasty things about the warranty auto department. These people were very kind and they explained everything to me, they were very concerned about the issues I was having. Very professional and up beat attitudes! Can't wait to get my car back tho! Lol!!! Thanks a bunch to you all 😀

If this business would fall off the face of the planet into a deep dark hole and never be seen again, Oklahomans and the world alike would be none the worse off. DO NOT do business here, unless you want to pay twice the value with maximum APR for a sub par vehicle with spotty performance and warranty care that it nothing more than patch fix.

I think you can get better vehicle maintenance at Walmart.

Bought a van from them that had a transmission problem, they had it several times and could never get it fixed. Refused to rebuild or replace. Had to pay the van half way off just to trade it in. Never again will i deal with this dealership.

I've purchased 3 vehicles from ECA. I had great experiences each time until this last one. Customer service is the worst. They treat you badly even if you are a good customer and on time with payments. I will never buy another car with ECA or recommend this company to anyone.
