Booked a ride from Tarrytown to Westchester airport and no one ever came. I called multiple times to inquire about the car’s status and no one answered. Eventually I had to give up and drive myself to make my flight, and now have to pay parking for my 9 day trip. Terrible experience!

Benedict car service is reliable and I appreciate that they always arrive 5-10 minutes before the requested time. I find the drivers prompt and professional and a good option for the area.
