3rd time my wife has scheduled a morning ride to the train. 10 minutes, late, insists on taking the SUPER SLOW route through sleepy hollow despite my wife pleading with him to take the route around the lake that we do every day. She has missed the train 3/3 times now. The cab went intentionally slower as she began to cry in the backseat. So unacceptable.

This service is trash. Never call this company. Bad service and they make you wait for a long time. Nunca llames a este servicio.👎🏼

Terrible customer service. I called, they said 10 minutes your cab will be there. 20 minutes later, still no cab outside. I called back they ask where I am going.. I told him i was calling back because my cab was supposed to arrive 10 minutes ago.. he said okay 10 more minutes it'll be there. It's been an hour and the cab has not showed up. If you don't plan to send someone, then don't bother saying they'll be there and HAVING PEOPLE WAIT. Just say, you're busy at the moment it's more understandable instead of having people wait in this cold weather.

Great service, on time and polite drivers. I use them frequently and haven't had a complaint thus far.

Called for a cab ride from Kykuit back to the Tarrytown train station. Were told they'd be 5 minutes--three times, and only showed up after 45 minutes.
