I went to Benihana for my birthday(which is today 😄) and the food was great. The only thing that could improve is the service. My family waited for about 30 minutes to be seated. I will admit that we were missing a guest so they told us to wait about 10 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes and we were getting impatient so I asked the nice gentlemen at the front "Can we be seated we will order for the last guest". He finally sat us down and we waited a whole HOUR for the chef. When the chef did arrive, he cooked our meals for about 20 minutes which was pretty fast for 9 different meals. I had a reservation for 8:15 and didn't eat until about 10:30. The service was quite slow and it needs improvement.

There were 3 of us this time celebrating a birthday. Service was excellent as always and Chef was very attentive. Food excellent and a shared appetizer was put it over the top. We had so much food left over we had enough for dinner the next night by adding a salad.

This is great place very popular. From the start the hostess or very quick and polite, even tho they are dealing with a rush and a hundred people going in and out with parties of 20 or so people they still manage to help you with a great deal of gratitude. The waiters are great they at times have 3 or 4 tables of 12 people and still take care of everyone. The chefs are amazing the show they put on is definitely worth the visit all by itself and the food is great. Now the manager if you have the honor of meeting is great as well after meeting her I could see why this place was so busy and so amazing running like  An Admiral's ship, tip top. But I highly recommend you make an appointment if your going to want to eat with the chefs shows. Overall great place.

Our chef Hector was amazing with our kids, he had them laughing the whole time. The food was great, ask for easy pepper or no pepper so the taste doesn't get redundant. Not 5 star because we waited almost 45 minutes past our reservation and the waiters took long to check us out at the end.  Our chef Hector was awesome!

I’m going to start off saying what I really enjoyed about this place, the ambiance is beautiful, the bathrooms are well maintained, the staff is friendly and showed much hospitality, the chef we had was hilarious and entertaining, and the passion fruit lemonade was to die for. Now to the things I did not enjoy, our wait for a table exceeded 2 hours, the soup and salads we were started off with were very poor and the prices for food were heavily mismatched with the quality and quantity of the food. I definitely would recommend this restaurant if you are trying to impress someone or if you want some live entertainment while you eat, but otherwise this place is definitely for special occasions only.
