Well-managed, great location of the best of the noodle chain restaurants. Menu variety to satisfy varied tastes and diets. Counter ordering was efficient and friendly, the dishes delivered to our table relatively quickly, and self-serve custom-blend Coca-Cola beverage machine is a good addition. They have bottled drinks too. Kid-sized portions available too. Desert selections limited and an afterthought but that's not why to go here. Get their app and access item discounts. Parking in lot is free. No valet parking however.

I started eating noodles in high school back home in Virginia and the Penne Rosa is still my number one choice! I’m so happy there is one in Downey close to LA!

Went there with high hopes of eating some delicious noodles. Tried the PadThai - too damn sweet, it was sugar overload, where I couldn't decide if I had ordered a desert... Steak Straganoff - too damn heavy, not to mention a little sour Tomato soup - too heavy for my taste. I like a hearty soup just like most but this was darn right heavy. Needless to say we're not coming back
