I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza today (Mon. 12/11/17), which usually comes topped with mozzarella cheese, but much to my chagrin there was cheddar instead. The guy on the phone never specified to me that the pizza came topped with cheddar. When I asked if they could possibly remake it, he said no and that if he did I'd have to pay double for his miscommunication, or lack thereof. Had tried to put all of the blame on me and continuously argued with and insulted me. I tried calling to see how he handles customers on the phone, and I tried getting his name, but he continuously hung up on me (4 times in fact without even seeing who it was; I could have been another buying customer). This was a really disappointing experience, and the guy should definitely be reprimanded for is behavior. 

If management happens to see this review: The guy has long brown hair in a ponytail, wears glasses that make his eyes look big, and has a goatee. I was unable to take down his name as previously stated, but please have this man reprimanded. He has done a disservice to customer service representatives everywhere.

I ordered my food paid with my card, after over an hour with no pizza I called to see what was going on. Josh the manager picks up tells me the driver already delivered my pizza TO THE WRONG apartment. Then proceeds to tell me “yeah so all I can do is issue a refund, we’re closing up shop here” (it was 1:00am they close at 2) and then when I begin to tell him how unreal this is he cut me off mid sentence and hung up on me. I call back several times only for my call TO BE ANSWERED AND THEN HUNG UP. I had to call back 6 times to be picked up, by Jessie, only for him to tell me that the rude person I was speaking to WAS THE MANAGER. I waited over an hour hungry for food that I paid for that never showed up, and they turn around and treat me with the absolute worst customer service. This place sucks and you couldn’t pay me to eat here again.

The close shift customer service rep was extremely rude. He called my friend back to tell him that he would kill him. I've never been to a place that treats their customers with such disrespect.
