Nice staff and fun for kids to play while they are waiting!

I brought my daughter here for a minor gum injury. The staff was very helpful on the phone and got us in quickly. It was my daughter's first time to the dentist and she was excited. Needless to say, she loved it! The waiting room was very exciting with an underwater themed playhouse as well as arcade games and huge activity wall. The staff was all smiles and we loved the office dog Brody!! He calmly visited us throughout our appointment from waiting room to checkout. Office was very professional, clean and overall wonderful. Dr. Rosenberg took the time to talk to me and my daughter during her visit and made us feel welcome which was great because we are new to Joplin. My daughter got a few prizes at the end including "lipstick" (her choice of flavored chapstick!) We had a great experience and highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg and his team.

I have brought my son to this office for regular cleanings, for an assessment and referral to an orthodontist, and one emergency, which wad a broken tooth. The staff was always kind and professional, our wait times were very short, and Rosenberg did great work. Highly recommend.

My children enjoy going to the dentist at dr Rosenberg's office they love the staff and we couldn't ask for better !!!

The staff was very unprofessional, not to mention the pure lack of compassion for adolecent dental emergencies I dnt feel this clnic even deserves one star ..... Money is definitly number one priority for this bisness wich is a good ethic for generating comerse but line of work this clinic claims to specialize in is a por practice an the staff urgently needs adressed on the matter ..... I was refered to this establishment an would not recomend it to my worst enemy.......Anyone needing specialized dental care for their children should look elswhere ....Im sry to have to write such a negative review but i assure you it's far less negative than the treatment I receved atempting to have my childrens urgent dental needs taken care of with this "place of business"
