Tim arrived on time, first thing in the morning and was persistent in locating the clog in my kitchen sink.  The way my plumbing is in our home, it wasn’t a simple clog compared to some homes.  He actually had to get under the crawl space to see how the pipes we’re done which is not an easy thing to do.  Once he fixed the clog he provided some solutions to help us prevent this in the future.  He was extremely professional, courteous and while he provided the worst case scenario it ended up not being the case.  I’m sure he worked a little longer than another sink clog but his extra effort payed off.  Many thanks and our hats are off to Tim!

I had issues when I got home and was able to have a tech out the same day which was amazing! The tech they sent, Garrett was the best tech. He was very professional and explained everything up front and went in depth with the work he did. He will be the reason I keep using Ben Franklin Plumbing.

I would like to begin by saying that Ken was the technician sent to our residence and he was fantastic. He even tried to negotiate with our warranty company. He was knowledgeable and told us what he was doing every step of the way. Benjamin Franklin is expensive, but they use quality materials, qualified technicians, and provide prompt service. In addition to all of this,  they actually guarantee their work and provide warranties on their materials. This type of assurance is worth every penny!

Jay was an excellent tech. He did and wonderful job checking everything out and pointing out problems. There warranty is excellent and I will continue to do business with Ben Franklin Plumbing.

This is the only business that honored their 24/7 emergency claim at 11:30 on a Friday night. The dispatcher was patient and helpful, and the technician got here as soon as possible and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly. Thank you!
