We talked to a "Kyle" at Bob Stith about a problem with our furnace. He came off VERY rude!!!!! They will not get our business EVER!!! Want GREAT service call Bachman in Hesston, Kansas!!! FAST, FRIENDLY, RELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!!!

Horrible experience. They made everything extremely difficult. We are several months out from the plumbing they did in our bathroom and we are STILL fixing their mistakes. I was in tears several times because of Stith. Avoid them at all costs.
