I wouldn't recommend this company, they are very expensive. Kevin was crappy, nasty and had an attitude problem. I'm a paying customer and I should have been treated with respect, especially when I'm paying an over price job.

Kevin came in, looked at my water heater for 5 min & determined that I needed a brand new water heater even though my current water heater is only 3 yrs old. He wouldn’t even try to get the pilot back on. I paid the $50 for the visit. 1 hr later, I had a tech come from Ed’s Plumbing & he got the pilot light back on within 10 min. Don’t call these scammers.

Extremely diligent hardworking plumber - worked his butt off to get a difficult job done in one long day. Good follow through ... willingness to address concerns quickly and without an issue. Helpful with advice and recommendations and gratis write up to the insurance company.

Great customer service! Everyone was friendly, knowledgable and professional. I am so happy with the work I had done, I intend to have them back to do several other projects for me.

I Do not recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any job period.I know this is strong statement but beside the four(4) hours Appointment window (even Comcast don’t do that anymore), the pricing is a pure ripoff ( the service call is $49.99 no matter what is done but the ripoff come with a minimum service of $299.00 no matter how small is the actual problem and that doesn’t include the $49.99 service call plus taxes and other fees) So a simple service call can add  to $400.00. 
If you have a trusted handymen it may cost you less than $100
