Typically, my philosophy is that if you can't say something nice, then don't say anything at all. So, I hate leaving bad reviews. Nonetheless, I started a project for linin faux finish walls. Watched Benj Moore video on YouTube and went to Benjamin Moore Owned store in East Brunswick for base coat materials. Everything was going fine. Then, when ready for glaze coat, I came across this design center. Bought everything else I needed (was more expensive than E. Brunswick store, but felt it was worth the convenience of being so close to where I live). I told them what I was doing and bought the remaining paint, glaze, and supplies. They only had one bottle of glaze extender. I told them I needed more and the owner said that the video was overselling it and I would have plenty of working time if I used half of what was recommended in the video. I figured the guy was an authorized rep and knew what he was talking about. He was wrong, the glaze started drying before I could fully work it and the walls came blotchy. Totally ruined the project and now I have to fix the walls, re-apply the base, and start from scratch Should have come here and read the negative reviews before I took their advice.

Im a master plumber in Philadelphia, i do not like shopping in box stores, went to this location and was happy i did, very knowledgeable staff, walked me through my project, very professional atmosphere.I recommend this store highly

Go here if you want to be completely ignored. Walked in and spent some time looking at colors. No one in the store and no one greeted me or asked if they could help in anyway. Poor customer service. Ashame because I love the paint but now I'm going to a different location.
