After shopping a few stores for Mattresses I am so glad I found this store. The shopping center has it all including Mattress Firm! I was getting so frustrated because I felt like I was buying a used car by the sales people, but not here. I was helped by Cozmo and he was a breath of fresh air. Finally someone who listened to what I want and was not pushy at all. I totally recommend anyone looking for a mattress come here. He was professional and I got my king size bed delivered the next day. Thank you again Cozmo and Mattress FIrm!

I would recommend anyone looking for a mattress to come to this store. I was helped by MR. Cosmo. I was with my elderly dad. My dad needed a new bed since he was going to assisted living. My dad got the best service. Sometimes we just assume that there is no more customer service since online shopping but that is not true here. SO after 2 hours my dad finally chose the mattress that he wanted. MR. Cosmo even gave my dad a free pillow.  It was a totally awesome experience and delivery was on time. I will be coming here in a month for that beautyrest black mattress for myself! Thank you again

This is an absolutely fantastic store. Once I entered the manager Cosmo greeted me and explained the store. He proceeded to ask our price range. When I explain my situation and that I was on a budget he took me to the mattress he felt would meet my budget and still be comfortable. As someone who needs a soft mattress he nailed exactly what I was looking for. Cosmo and Brian made my shopping experience pleasant and fast. I shopped all day before coming here. My only complaint was that I didn't come here first.

As we entered the store, we were approached by the salesman and he explained the layout of the store, as well as the difference in the feel of the 3 types of firmness offered. 

The salesman then sat down at a desk and watched us as we tried different mattresses - offering the occasional comment from his still seated position. 

My husband and I prefer pillowtop mattresses, so that's really what we we were interested in and what we were intending to purchase. However, when the salesman saw us mulling the pillowtop type, he asked, "Can I ask you why you want pillowtop and not the plush?"

My husband replied, "Because I don't like the feel of the plush - the edge of the bed isn't the same."

The salesman then told us that there is "virtually no difference between the plush and pillowtop", which is completely untrue.

My husband again explained to the young man that we prefer the feel of pillowtop and don't like the feel of plush mattresses. 

Unbelievably, the salesman angrily counters with, "With all due respect, I didn't just start working here yesterday!"

My husband said, "Well, I didn't just start sleeping yesterday, either."

And with that, we said good day and told the gentleman we wouldn't be needing his help and started to leave. During this entire exchange, there was another salesperson (a lady), sitting across the store. She quickly asked if she could help us, but by that time the damage was done. I'm sure she could verify the exchange.

My husband and I went right up the road and purchased a set from a different mattress chain and were much happier with the experience. The store had a wider selection, better prices, and the staff were pleasant and well versed in their job. 

I would not recommend the Centerton location in Mt. Laurel, NJ to anyone looking to buy a new bed.
