Overall a very good experience. The service is the best i have ever had at any restaurant; the waiters made sure our glasses were always full, they looked happy to have us at their restaurant, and in general very attentive. The hostess and other staff also looked happy which is important to me when going out to eat (strange, I know). It's obvious when staff looks like you're bothering them with more work to do and makes the dining experience uncomfortable; it was a pleasant sight to see the contrary here. The restaurant had a busy feel in a dim lit setting. A lot of conversation going on and it was a packed house. However, all that being said, we did order a steak for two medium rare but unfortunately (and by no fault of the waitstaff) it came out medium. It was still delicious, but it was just slightly overcooked. We had no problems eating it but for a comparable steak at Wolfgang's or Strip House in Manhattan that is $15 less we figured Benjamin's would have been cooked as ordered at the minimum ($105 steak). Nonetheless, I am still leaving it as 4 stars because aside from the done level of the steak, everything else was perfect.

Fantastic dry aged steak-, second to none- I have written a review on the NYC location and this one is just as good. As I've said, you can get a great steak/meal/experience at several high end steak houses. What sets this place apart is the dry aged meat-- nowhere else do you get the classic dry aged charred outside with the inside cooked to temperature correctly. Sides/wine/dessert/service are as would be expected at the price point. But if getting a true dry aged quality steak is what you enjoy, this is the place to go. Real classic steakhouse ambiance as well.

My fiance and I brought his parents here, as the two of us tried out the NYC location in the fall and loved it. Definitely lived up to our expectations. BEAUTIFUL restaurant, fun atmosphere (formal and fancy, but with a homey, friendly vibe), attentive staff. Loved the food. Perfectly cooked, tender, flavorful steak. Future-in-laws loved it too, and we were aiming to impress them. We're not up in this area often, but since he's parents live up here we might make this our go-to spot to treat them when we visit!

This place is special! We went here for a date night during the holiday season. The whole place was decorated so beautifully, and already it felt like a very special atmosphere for a nice date. We both ordered the sirloin. This was easily the best steak I have ever had from a great many. We ordered the steak fries and the creamed spinach for our sides. The fries were good and while the waiter said that the creamed spinach was a favorite and was very surprised that we didn't like it, neither my wife nor I were impressed with that. We ordered a Sundae for desert which was very good. I would skip the creamed spinach the next time, but based on the amazing steak and the great atmosphere, I will be back. This is my favorite steak house around.

Superbly prepared food. Excellent wine selection. Courteous and accurate wait staff. All this in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. I don't just come here for special occasions anymore.
