If I could give zero stars I would.  We were sat right away and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.  After 40 min of sitting with no utensils or water, we asked for a manager.  A manager came out 20 min after we requested him and apologized for the wait and told us he would check on our food that we didn’t order yet.  The hostess came over took our order.  We then waited 1 hour and 10 min for the food to come.  The food was brought out 1 item at a time. 1 item waited 10 min or so and then someone else got their plate etc.  they only had the hostess, 1 bar tender and 1 server working it was ridiculous!!!

Food is good 
But Service is bad, they had us wait over thirty minutes standing. Usually a place like this would inform you of the wait. Mind you there were so many open and free tables. This had a lot of people questioning as to why they aren’t being at least seated. Most people would understand if they are under-staffed or whatever the case is. It would have been more professional to ask if us costumers would like to sit and have a drink to wait rather than stand and not understand why they are not being seated.

Service was not as good as usual. Only saw waitress 2 times. Had to run her down for the bill .  Need more training or help .

Dark atmosphere if you like that. Other than that average Applebees. Except for our server Jay, awesome employee. He was very positive even when the cooks over did my steak, he quickly took it back to the kitchen and got me a fresh one. Request his tables if he's available.
