Loved doing business here.  Ordered a steel carport and we had it up and installed within a month. The Salesman was helpful every step of the way. The crew that assembled the building were very professional and respected our property. They have a superior product compared to the ones across the street.  I would definitely recommend them.

They lied to me from the beginning. They blamed each other. Bad business ethics !! 
Bad work ethics !!!
Damaged the building during Delivery and set-up !!
Terrible customer service !! Sometimes they wouldn't answer the phone when they knew it was me !!! I had a terrible experience with these people !! I wish I had never shopped their !!

I purchased a Lark 10x20 shed from Bennett Buildings of Orange Park on 5/17/13.  At the time of installation I was told by Jamey if the building needs to be re-leveled they would come out and do it for the life of the building.  I called this morning since the door does not close correctly and scrapes the lower left sash, and spoke to the manager who said they no longer sell Lark buildings (even though they are the same business, in the same location) therefore they would not honor the promise of re-leveling the building.  Be very careful dealing with this business as they do not honor their word!!!!!

We went to Bennett in Orange Park on Monday afternoon - (earlier in the day filled out the online application and in an hour we were ready to look at buildings!) and less than 24hrs later the 12x24 cabin was perfectly​ placed on our lot!  Cliff was a great and very knowledgeable sales person and Robby worked miracles getting that giant shed through a very narrow tree filled opening to our back lot!  I was in a hurry and they made it happen! Thanks Again! Highly Recommend!

Not surprised to see all these bad reviews. I stopped in 5/16 for very basic information. It was obvious the (only) guy there was NOT interested in making a sale....or doing the slightest amount of work. Like selling me the largest structure they could muster, for example. Thankfully there is another contractor directly across the street from them. Lol. Look, there are contractors everywhere. Including Jax., Gainesville etc. who WANT our business!! Don't get burned. Check out their competitors or even a private builder. Best Wishes!
