We recently purchased from Bennington Furniture on Rt 7A in Bennington. We were very highly satisfied with Jason as he was professional, knowledgeable, & allowed us to take our time to make up our minds after a couple of times of visiting the store. We found that the furniture is good quality & they will work with customers for a fair price. The delivery team was very helpful & professional. The complete experience of buying from them is 5 stars.

We are so happy with our experience at the store in Bennington.  Jason was very knowledgeable and helped us pick a great sectional perfect for our home and family.  I give 5 stars because he was great & explained to us the difference in all their sofas and sectionals and what you’re paying for.  So that really helped us make the right decision.  Just what we needed to hear, because I usually have buyer’s remorse and end up returning!
 The delivery team was great as well.  They even helped by centering my rug with the couch- that was quite helpful as it only took them a minute and seemed so effortless, but for me it would have a task!
I am very satisfied and will definitely go back to Bennington Furniture before ordering from Wayfair.  I still have furniture on back order from Wayfair, and it’s been over a month!

My recent experience with this company was sad. My 96 year old father in law bought a bed and box springs ,it developed a sag in the mattress within 2 weeks. They won’t replace it . Policy over doing what is morally right. And thanks Jason you are the perfect manager for this company. Waiting for a call from the district manager....we’ll see if they do the right thing. Replace the bed.

Just wanted to write to thank Roxie for providing outstanding customer service to us.  She went above and beyond to get us a great price on a really great mattress.  She has such a great way about her.  She listens and understands what we were looking for and then made it happen for us.  Wonderful person.  Hope you planted the flower!  The delivery men were also great.  They were running a little late and called to let us know they would be there in 5 minutes.  They were very efficient and polite...and took a moment to calm our exuberant dogs.  A great experience all around.  Thanks again Roxie!  We really appreciate your extra effort!  KUDOS to you!
