Good for clothing, shoes, luggage, jewelry. Nice atmosphere. Sales personnel very friendly & accommodating.  Prices competitive, especially when on sale.

Always very friendly except 1 heavy set blonde at the jewelry counter!!! Very snotty!!! Everyone else super helpful. Small store and no Sephora gift sets or many of the other gift sets advertised on TV!!!

Ok, i think we've all been to a JC Penney at some point. We all know what we're getting, a chain store that has nice items at a reasonable price.
 I like that this location was large and seemed to have up-to-date clothes. Unfortunately it was so freezing in the store that we couldn't stay in there for too long. There was also little organization in the different clothes departments. We could not find petites or juniors. 
We did find a huge portion of the store that was super messy and overrun with inexpensive clearance items that were thrown everywhere. 
It just seemed like the store was unorganized and kind of thrown together.
