Its been over a month since i moved out and i have still not received my deposit I've called a million times it seems like and ill i keep getting is the run around if i need a storage unit again in the future i will not use them go somewhere else!

I rented for about 5 years.  I got a notice that they were moving across the street, so I had to move also.  They assured me the rates would be the same.  Then they lost the paperwork, and charged me more.  "Sorry, can't change it now"  They are not open until 5.  Several times I went there and the office was closed.  I was locked out because they forgot who was renting.  Since I was not living in town at the time, this was a huge waste of time.  Mice enjoyed my storage unit. This disaster ended when I moved 5 years ago, so it may have changed, but I am glad to suggest people not use them.
