These guys are great.  Super helpful service.  My unit was on autopay and I cancelled service a couple days after the new month.  Angie worked extra hard to make sure I wasn't charged for the remaining time.  They also were always there to make sure I had a ramp to get my car in and out of my unit and were always available to give a golf cart ride to the unit if I needed it.  first class.  Thanks Len and Angie!

I have never had to rent a storage unit before, and I'm not sure why but in my mind it was already not a good experience. However it turns out that that couldn't have been more inaccurate. Angie at cubesmart was a delight, and more then helpful in anyway possible . Boy was I wrong about what I thought this experience would be like. I highly recommend renting space here to anyone that needs a unit.

I can't thank Len and Angie enough for making my storage experience most pleasant. Always willing to help and both have that amazing service with a warm smile. I have always felt safe while at my unit and knew my things were secure. The lot is always passable and premises kept clean. In my opinion 5 PLUS stars!!!

Pros: 24 hour key access is convenient, up front pricing, feels safe, and they let me toss one bag of garbage when leaving. Cons: mandatory $12/month insurance that was not needed, rates go up after two months, smallest available unit much larger than needed, and they billed me the full $83 for my final month even though I checked out  only 10 days into my billing period, offered no pro-rated refund, and do not mention that anywhere on the FAQ's on their website.  I've been a customer in the past, but will never go back. Feel ripped off. Would not recommend, I'd rather drive the extra mile to store my tires in my parent's garage/basement for free then pay $83/month to them.

Len helped me on the phone and in person. He was extremely helpful, professional, and personable. We discussed my needs, and he offered various options, short term and long. I highly recommend this cubesmart lication at this time.
