I agree with others about the friendliness of some of the staff. My husband gets one boot voucher from work for $200.00 a year for 2 pair of boots which at this place is a joke. They are VERY EXPENSIVE and no way are you getting boots for $100.00 dollars here! We went yesterday [ New Years Day] and he picked out a pair $199.00, typical price for boots that only last 3-4 months tops. But his company recently changed the fact that they don’t have to be Saftey toe boots any more and his boss scratched out and initial his voucher. They employee was very rude and insistent about the boot having to be saftey toe. Then got more rude when I asked him to hold them because the company wasn’t open that day that they would get a call from his boss tomorrow. When my husband went to work this morning several other of the employees went and got boots, without saftey toe yesterday with no problem! I am telling you I am worse than mad right now! My husband should be working with his new insulated boots on in this 7 degrees weather!

Benny's Boot Hill does and has what Walmart doesn't. Stuff to clean, protect and preserve boots and leather sold at Walmart is worthless. Accessories for boots, such as laces for boots are worthless. Most of all, boots at Walmart are worthless junk. I've bought 2 brands of boots at Walmart, Brahma and Herman Survivors, both. Brahma's are the most poorest quality of boots, my feet would hurt all the time, I've tried different insoles, my feet would still hurt from wearing Brahma's. Brahma's didn't last very long, either. The threads came undone on the Brahma boots. I don't recommend Brahma at any cost. Brahma boots are the poorest quality and very uncomfortable. Herman Survivors, another cheap Walmart boots, though they are more comfortable but they only lasted me 6 months or to a year, but better than Brahma's. So then, I'd bought me a pair of Wolverine's at Sears a few years ago, I'd got 2 years of use with those boots, a lot better quality and more comfortable than Brahma's at Walmart. When it was time to replace my Wolverines, I wanted a better, so I'd bought my 1st Timberland Pro boots at Benny's Boot Hill and my Timberland Pro boots are the most comfortable boots, ever and very well built quality. I would recommend Benny's Boot Hill for boots and accessories.

We love Benny's but some employees need a crash course in friendliness. We've been going here nearly 10 years. Spending about $3grand annually on work boots and clothing for husband and sons. Another couple grand on boots for the family as well as underarmur hoodies and bags for the boys. Some of the employees act as if we bothering them when we ask to try on boots or help in general. 
*Be thankful you have a job, if you don't like what you're doing, go to Walmart and apply*
