The sales woman was very nice and incredibly knowledgeable. I thought I knew my size, but she knew the brand that I was looking at ran big and brought me out the right size instead. The shoes are perfect and so was her service. I'm only sorry that I can't remember her name! Thank you!

Actually went to a mall just to try on shoes, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We had to exhange for a smaller size when the preordered shoes came to our house we ordered on Saturday and they arrived Monday - awesome and they made it so quick and painless.

I was at the Florence Ky store around 4 o’clock, there was actually 4 or 5 sales people on the floor helping customers, the manager  very rude  walked past a line forming at the register multiple times, when I asked to be waited on by someone she rolled her eyes at me and said you will have to wait. She’s wearing a BIG BLACK EYE so obviously she got smart mouthed with someone prior to nasty attitude at work, going forward I will shop online and not at that store

My teenage girls love finding the latest styles of shoes here and I love getting a good price with the coupons available through texts and the ones they send in the mail.

Literally just spent an hour and a half in this place; the two fine ladies in there, Abii and Lauren were absolutely stellar. And although one does not need to shoe shop all too often, I undoubtedly plan to stop by again in the future just to say hey. Oh and also... Gonna have to get me some of them Doc Martens, bruh.

It’s sad that I had to come on here and change my review, ever since they have gotten new employees, it’s gone down hill , they have been rude and everytime I go in there the same girl gives me attitude.. I will not be coming back unless they get rid of some of there snotty employees.. journeys at this mall sucks

Hey I’m sorry to ask but do you guys have a size 4 or 3 in kids I’m looking forward to come there later on but I don’t know if y’all have vans in size 3 or 4
