Would have liked to have a chance to see the flowers.  But I never got to buy them since they would not provide service on the spot.  All shops I go to, you can walk in, give them a budget and they make an arrangement.   Takes two minutes. They have. $50 minimum. Ok I was there and ready to buy and spend more than planned.  But they had some delivery orders and said they can't do it now.  What? A pro flower shop can't take two minutes to make cash on the spot?  The time it took this unhelpful florist to explain how busy they are, when I'm the only customer in the place they could have made a bouquet and money. It is more important for her to turn me away then to just provide good customer service.  I live around the corner and now will never go there.  Do Not Go.

I was so intimidated by the idea of selecting flowers for a brunch I was throwing- Im not the Martha Stewart type. A good friend referred me to Bent Willow and Im so glad she did!

Caroline really took her time and asked me all sorts of questions about the event; took a look at the invitation I had sent, inquired about the setting etc....

What she delivered was a stunning arrangement for a very reasonable price. - Wish I could attach a pic here because it was truly breathtaking. 

Thank you Caroline for service and quality above and beyond what I ever expected!!

I have been a fan of Bent Willow for years now. I have ordered dozens of arrangements from Caroline and Peggy and they are always both just amazing! Anything I need at anytime! I have just become engaged and can't wait to have them supply flowers for our wedding!!!!!

The designer is excellent but the owner is rude and unprofessional. Very mean to customers. Angry woman. Shame because this was always one of my favorite florists, now i will not go back.
