Promised it would be done by a certain day and time. The shop operators don't know how the flowers are priced and must wait for the worker who buys the flowers to "come back." He never came back and they never followed up with me. Had to cancel because I needed the flowers the next day. They don't know when they will be open next (each phone operator says something different). One operator said my order would be priced $15. I called back the next day and they said it was $45. No communication. The flowers are nice, though.

I have known Sam for 3 years now and really trusted him to do the flowers for my wedding, he kept promising me all my requests except never came through, trailed me along for 10 months and 2 days before the wedding i had to find someone else to do the job. He never gave me an invoice i requested months ago. Never follows up on time. Excuses were “i was so tird, i fell asleep”, “my phone wasnt working”, “its not my fault, i dont have enough employees”. To top it off, a week before the wedding i had given him about about 16 decoratives lanters and candle holders to decorate with at the my venue, hundreds of dollars worth of items which i didnt even get to use for the wedding. He returned, a month later, only 4 out of 16 lanterns, explaining that the rest were stollen from his garage. I shouldve seen the signs from the beginning, but of course like anyone else i wanted to give the business to someone you can trust and know, and gave him many chances. No good deed goes unpunished. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

Initial delivery was late, but Flower Studio worked with me to resolve the issue. Very professional. I did not have a good experience with this flower shop. They were supposed to deliver a flower arrangement to my girlfriend the day before valentines day this year. I put my order in 2 weeks in advance, and my girlfriend's office is across the street from the storefront. They did not deliver her flowers until after 6:15pm, and it wasn't even the right arrangement. (It should be noted that the final arrangement did look nice and it was of very high quality.) I understand that this is one of the busiest days of the year for them, and I was willing to give them another chance. Instead they dropped the ball again. Customer service and I arranged a flower arrangement to be dropped off yesterday for my girlfriends birthday. The flowers were a no show. I have tried calling and emailing the store, but I have yet to get a response. I would recommend finding another shop for any and all flower deliveries. The inability to walk a flower arrangement across the street to an office building at a reasonable time (or at all) is very concerning to me, and I am not sure how they can defend this level of service.

Sam and Aurelia did a phenomenal job for me. It delivered absolutely stunning flowers, in a beautiful arrangement, blowing the minds of the recipient. Well organize shop, super easy to work with, everything you want in a local florist.

The best florist in town. They have a very good selection and very reasonable prices compare to other high end flower shops with modern and contemporary designs
