The Sir working today was most helpful. Asking questions about our animals so he could help us properly. He also is ordering a specific dog food that we like, but wasn't in store. If we continue to get this kind of fantastic service, we will continue to go here for a very long time.

Amazing experience here my first time. The employees were very helpful and helped me pick out food, treats, and toys for my three dogs. The dogs love everything. This place has definitely won over my business from the big pet stores for sure

This is one of the worst places to go to for anything having to deal with pet things. They are extremely overpriced for everything that they sell. They have no training and a dog's weight and how big they are supposed to be here how much weight they're supposed to have on them and judge the book by its cover face help people that their dogs are too fat or too skinny without having the proper training to do so. And when dealing with somebody with disabilities just because somebody rough houses with their dog if they assume that it's automatically abuse and that they're beating on their animal when they're actually roughhousing with their animal and judge them by that and then refused to do any type of business with them. I am completely against Bentleys and I believe Bentley should be boycotted due to their disrespect to customers and judging somebody with disabilities without knowing the disability. This company is very Prejudiced and has a very huge issues dealing with society and societies people with disabilities and treat them with disrespect and tells people how they need to be when they don't even know the facts for themselves. Please be aware of Bentley's pet stuff is selling rawhides that have formaldehyde in them and chemicals they are supposed to be a fully chemical-free nobody product a pet place and they have violated their own standards they are not a safe place to get pet supplies from and they do not need to have any customers here because your dogs and cats and animals will get sick and they will end up dying from Bentley's pet stuff.
