Located in Greeley, Colorado, Tailwaggers is your one stop shop for all you dog and cat needs! We have over 20 brands of dog and cat food, endless treats and toys, and much, much more! We have great services as well including Self Serve dog bath stations, Full service grooming, Doggie Daycare, and Training!
1st set of hours are for our retail store, and 2nd set of hours are for our Doggie Daycare!

I like this store. They sale all natrual dog food with or without grain. They also offer raw pet food and  honest kitchen. The other services they offer are grooming and dog training. 
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They even offer a reward programe for there pet food. I believe it is buy 9 and the tenth is free or buy 10 and the eleventh is free. Either way it's nice to get my dogs one free meal a month. 
They will also order any dog food you want. For example I like the Bravo chubs (raw dog food) and they said that I could order any flavor I wanted provided that there distributor carried it. 
They are prompt to call you back if you make a special order or if you want pricing on an item. 
I gave it four stars cause I find them to be a little pricey compared to other stores as well as online. Yet it's worth supporting a small community store

The store in under new management and that has been a change for the better. It is still a great place to go to get non commercial dog food that is more expensive but much better for your animals.  This is our go to spot for treats, toys, and food for our Great Dane.

I am editing this review (something I do not do lightly) not because the incident magically changed but because of how the new owner handled the situation once she found out about it. 

Originally I gave it 1 star because of the Incident described below, but after the new owner found out, She called me right up and genuinely apologized. She proceeded to make things right in a manner that showed she cared about her customers and her business. I can honestly say that I am impressed with how she stepped up and took responsibility. Her actions alone in correcting the situation have persuaded me to give them another chance and to amend my review.  
 
Original I wrote the following review based on my interaction with one of the groomers:

 Horrible customer service, zero professionalism and zero accountability. The new groomer cut my dog wrong and still made me pay for it. When confronted about it she told me "don't worry about it, it will grow back. Its not big deal". Never once did she apologize. On top of that what normally would take at most an hour, took 3 hrs. The groomer blamed and complained about customers saying that it was their fault because they came in hours after their appointments. Therefore meaning that everyone else's appointments (if that is true) didn't matter.

As I said before I am very impressed with the owner and how she chose to respond to this situation. Its very rare to find someone willing to take responsibility the way she did and to humble herself to correct a mistake. She errand my business back.

They were absolutely amazing & keep you on file just in case you forgot something. Even helped me out with questions & getting stuff out to my vehicle.

Went there to bathe my dog.  Very large older arthritic dog laying on bare floor. Mentioned it. Was told the owner would not allow any cushion  or even a towel for the dog, because it would cause work for them (guessing if they peed on it) also,.prices are.out of control. Be cautious, they can ot speak for themselves. I would never leave an animal at This facility. Amazing what I observed before they realized i was paying attention.also, access to water was not in view.
