These people are bad people. The blonde realtor calls on any house next to the ones they manage and gets city inspectors to write violations on your property if she can't have you moved they are snakes at this company don't trust them.

Brian Bundy is the best. It was like he heard me even when I wasn't talking!  He helped me find the  perfect home away from home. He was always accessible for questions - and is knowledgeable about the area and resources available to make everything go smoothly before, during, and after the sale. Now when I'm in the area with family, I can hang my hat in a place that looks like it was made just for me. Thanks for listening!

Kristi Baker and her assistant Casey were amazing. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a house, but that was absolutely not for lack of Kristi working super hard for me. She took the time to learn my needs and was great at knowing what wouldn't work. I felt like she worked to find a house that matched my needs, more than just trying to sell me a house.

Personally I feel This company has given me the run around for money, and buying a home since we started with them, the realtor tried to talk us into homes we didn't want, especially when it benefited them in the purchase not us, they told us they would send us a release form to sign if we wanted them to pay a bill out of our earnest money that they were holding, we never signed anything & paid the company personally, the company cashed the check and took their money, we are going to be out taxes because this company illegally released money to the pest control company without our knowledge & when bentwood called dec 23rd about our check being ready I came in on the 26th to pick it up waited 15 minutes before anyone knew I was there, when they did help me I was continuously told they knew what they were doing "even if it didn't look like it", the offices were a mess and peoples contracts and paperwork was everywhere, our check was apparently in some stack of papers, but once I over heard them for the 3rd time explaining to someone on the phone that the amount was less than what we were quoted I knew this wasn't going to be resolved that day, so when I decided to leave I was followed out and told that this would be resolved, WRONG, in my opinion I was stolen from, the realtor business in waco is super sketchy and I would NOT recommend this company.
