Lucra Real Estate recently sold Tinsley Place to City Gate Residential. Tenants were given no notice of the sale. We were locked out of the online tenant portal, so we unable to access our leases, which we were stored on the portal. We are also unable to access the history of maintenance requests. Now two out of the three gates are not working. Despite calling City Gate Residential twice, I have not heard back and the gates haven't been working for the past three days. 

While Lucra managed the Tinsley Place, we had multiple issues with out AC. Lucra would close the maintenance requests without even coming out to inspect the problem. We were always able to get in touch with Lucra on the phone, but they did not fix our AC problems after two years of complaints.

Lucra Real Estate has been awesome to work with! When searching for a new apartment closer to work they were super helpful, friendly, and understanding while I took my sweet time to decide on an apartment. I was able to move into a brand new unit and have enjoyed it! Tinsley Place is located near Baylor and downtown Waco which is nice. They are quick to answer any maintenance requests you may have and keep residents in the loop with any happenings going on at the apartments.

Good company, every time I had an issue with my apartment they always had someone out there that day and always did a follow up. They are good about getting back to on a timely manner. No problems at all with them and love my apartment

The Lucra Real Estate team was very helpful when I was searching for the perfect unit. Now, as a tenant, they still are great - and, in my experience, very responsive when it comes to maintenance issues. My unit at Tinsley Place is great and was brand new when I moved in. They recently added a swimming pool, some swings, hammocks, and picnic tables around the property, and they have hosted a couple tenant appreciation parties since I moved in. It's apparent that they want to provide a great living experience for their tenants, and I appreciate that a lot. It's proximity to both the Baylor campus and downtown Waco is awesome. Some tenants complain about pests (mostly just crickets in the summertime), but that's Texas for you. The management team is aware of it and sprays for pests to prevent it the best they can, but a bottle of Raid did the trick for me. No problems after that. I highly recommend having a conversation with Lucra Real Estate if you're searching for your next Waco home - and check out Tinsley Place.

I would definitely recommend living at Tinsley Place.  The management company does a great job, and maintenance is pretty quick to fix any issues.  I've been very pleased with my experience living here!
