Excellent and FAST service! Called Berea Bike Shop looking for a high end bicycle.  The shop didn't carry this bike, but the owner offered to order the bike to be delivered next day and at $100 less than competitor prices.  The owner assembled the bike and arranged to stay an hour after closing to accommodate me so I could pick up my new bike.  Couldn't have been happier with the service there.  Will definitely return for any future repairs!
