Very disappointed in how I was dismissed. Instead of listening to what I needed, I was dismissed & told I didn't belong at the Pro Desk... I need to go to the service desk (like I didn't walk far enough). I was there to pick up a quote for a job I'm bidding. The employee at the service desk told me I needed to get it from the pro desk. Which I explained I was dismissed. He then went to the pro desk to get what I needed. When I thanked the person at the pro desk for dismissing me, he answered, "You're welcome." I'm NOT happy. One person can undo the good work of others very quickly.

We were disappointed today. Usually people are very helpful. Went in to look at shower doors for special order because of the size of our shower. The lady at the desk got a book out and put it on the counter for us and told us there's all kinds to look through the book. She stood there while we looked through it. When I asked her things after the first time she kept saying "like I said". I get that maybe she wasn't familiar with it but usually Home Depot asks us questions and then looks things up for us. Just a little difficult when we just wanted some help with it. Usually everyone is so helpful.

Actually I'm quite upset and disappointed I asked for people if they had hibiscus flowers and the best I got was there over in the Corral outside very disappointed

Typical Home Depot where the employees on the floor avoid eye contact or duck into another aisle before you cross their path. Thankfully the selection is good, and I already have the know how so I don't have to hear some kid telling me false information. There was one employee working on the floor who did ask if I needed help. She was older, had a great smile, and surprised me. This older, gentle, smiling lady was willing to help out while these younger bitter guys offered none at all. Good for you! I wish I knew your name. You are awesome.
