I bring my car here for oil changes all the time the staff is beyond amazing! When i was in for an oil change the sales guy showed me some new chargers and challengers and was happy to let me sit in them and talk to me knowing i have a couple years before I'll be able to buy another new vehicle! Which was awesome he didnt just walk away great job Bergstrom staff keep up the great work!

This is the only location I am aware of that I can have work done on my car with the warranty. 1st Appointment was a disappointment I'm guessing they forgot I was there because I sat for over 1 1/2 hrs and then they told me it was just a computer update (noise from tire!?)and sent me on my way, I called from the parking lot to tell them the noise is still there so I had to take another day off of work to drive out there to try to get it fixed again, of course they couldn't squeeze me in to actually fix it (2nd appt) 3rd appt they gave me a shuttle ride to work which was nice but then I had to find my own ride back to get a loaner (inconvenient) The next day I went to pick up my car and the check engine light was on and was not on before. So I took the loaner home for the weekend (again wasted trip) 4th appt more noise from the tires. They say I need all new tires and quoted me a price with an alignment, when it comes time to order these tires the employee that quoted me originally of course has no recollection of our previous conversation and my quote has gone up $200. I WISH I HAD ANYWHERE ELSE TO GO FOR WARANTEE WORK

We take our dodge truck in because check engine light is on. The truck needs a tuneup. They do the tuneup also change spark plug wires and have to change a sensor. We go to pick the truck up and leave my husband pulls over and says we need to go back because now the service 4 wheel drive light is on. So we get back there and explain to the guy why we are back and he says oh ya Ben the tech said that light was on when he pulled it in the shop and he kept paging through his papers and there were no notes stating they saw that light on when it was brought into the shop. I said the only light that was on was the check engine light. Well he said I have to go by what my tech says. So we left it there so they can figure out why it's on and now as I think about it we probably should have taken it somewhere else because if that tech saw the light on and they never mentioned it to us and waited for us to notice it what kind if customer service are we really getting?? I would not recommend then to anyone and really glad we have not bought a vehicle from them as we are actually looking for a new vehicle for me as I have an older jeep and would like newer one. WE WILL NOT BE buying from this dealership as the service sucks and very high priced.

Their service department is the best I've ever dealt with . Consistant fair and honest, and they always have a high attention to detail and call with any questions or concerns.
