One of the easiest, fastest, most painless car buying experiences I have ever had. I can't say enough good things about the salesman, Bill Krahn. I don't think I spent 3 hours in the dealership total. No surprises, pricing was great. No pressure at all. In fact I was so impressed I took my neighbor in the day after I picked up my car and she bought one just like it from Bill. Great job Bill!! If and when my vehicle needs change I will be asking for you and sending anyone in the market to you as well!!

Not exactly sure how so many of these reviews gave more than 1 star! Don't get me wrong, my buying experience was nice in the sense that it had very low pressure involved. However, the things you are told here are not the same as what is done. There was a dent in the vehicle I purchased and I was told it would be taken care of before I picked it up. It wasn't. Then I had to fight with the body shop because the sales man I had retired! Ugh This was only the start. I bought my car in 2012, it's a 2011. Months later I notice that the doors are rusting out! I had to again fight with Gustmans about it and they had me pay 650+ out of pocket! Well here I am now with rust again!! Well after the rust was "fixed" I had to bring it back because all the plastic trim had over spray on it. Moving on to the service department...the employees hate their job there and I can see why! Mike the "manager" is a JERK! He is rude and has no customer service skills. He takes days to return phone calls. I came in because my breaks were squealing . They " fixed" it and charged me and I was on my way, only for them to continue with the noise. Brought my car in again, same situation, "fixed" and payed and still making same noise!! So I got new breaks and rotors at their request. Well....here I am with the same noise!!! I will never again buy a vehicle from here. What they say and what they do never match up and the nicest person that works there is the lady that answers the phone! Oh and the salesman trying to con you into a vehicle.

The people were all so helpful. Every thing was so clean and neat. The service was so wonderful and quick!

Worst customer service I have ever had!! Gives quote over phone, and once you get there, gives you a bill almost $500 dollars more then quoted. Not to mention this is the 3rd time they've tried to fix the same problem. I also asked for a decent sized car because I have a full size suv. What do they give us....a compact car! Will never be a customer again.

Everytime we've bought a vehicle from Gustman's in Kaukauna the staff was very friendly,helpful and very informative. The big plus was there wasn't any pressure to buy that day.
