I have used this law firm on multiple occasions and they have never let me down. They have multiple attorneys which I have used, but Kent Berk is the attorney with whom I have the most experience. Kent Berk is awesome. Such a great guy to work with. He listens, and asks the right questions. He is super competent, reliable and is brilliant when it comes to interpreting the law. He can write a strong letter and performs amazing during depositions and trial. This firm is also very reasonable and fair with their billing rates. I hope you find this review helpful. I highly recommend Berk Law Group.

I called this place needing help with a MPOA that the hospital refused to recognize as a legal document while my dad is in critical condition.  I called this place and they were very helpful, gave me a consultation right away because of the emergency situation and gave me the right information to reinstate my document. The hospital was giving me wrong information but I am so thankful to this law firm in helping my family in a stressful situation.

I would highly recommend the Berk Law Group, and Kent Berk personally.  He was highly attentive and responsive throughout our working relationship.  Monthly billing was always reasonable and with no surprises. Kent provided me legal guidance and variables without my having to always ask the questions I wouldn't have known to ask.

From my experience, the attorney Kent Berk is THE BEST ATTORNEY in Arizona for the reasons below:
Kent's mind is SUPPER SHARP, he asked me the questions are exactly what a judge would look for. This superior qualify of a top attorney is hard to find on the market.
Based on my answers to his questions he immediately identified the issues facing me
He honestly told me the truth and the possible result and gave me very wise advice that saves me money and headaches but he makes less money from me. His character of putting his clients’ interest above his business is hard to find on today’s market.
His charge is not low, however for the best expertize and highest quality of services, and his most efficient of utilizing his time, he is worth every dollar he charges.
Unlike a lot of attorneys on the market Kent never over charged me, he only charged me for the time he truly worked on my case. 
Everyone should come to Kent if you have a legal issue, you will be best protected and save you money and headaches. I was screwed by an inexperienced attorney that made me fall into a bad situation. Thanks god I found Kent, he will always be my attorney.
