I’ve never needed a lawyer until after a slip-and-fall in a business. I was not to blame for my fall and I knew immediately I was going to need a lawyer to navigate. After doing research, reading several reviews online, and making a few phone calls to other lawyers, I knew that Clark Watkin was the best choice. He was straightforward and up front with me on that initial call while others were promising me the moon and/or seemed inattentive. Throughout the process Clark kept me thoroughly informed and up-to-date at each step. He was very communicative, always responded promptly, always professional, answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and never talked down or was condescending. His guidance and expertise throughout the settlement negotiation was vital. I was very satisfied with my settlement and how the process unfolded. Clark is an exceptional lawyer, with outstanding resources. I was in a bad automobile accident a few years ago and after careful consideration my family & I decided to use Clark to represent me against the construction company at fault. Clark is intelligent, resourceful and went to battle for me.  He brought us the best possible outcome for the situation at hand. I have had other friends in automobile accidents that resulted in less then optimal settlements with other valley lawyers.  It really does matter who is representing your case! PLEASE CHOSE WISELY! I am so glad I chose Clark and highly recommend him with zero hesitations. Even after my settlement and Clark had been paid his fees, he continued to help me with large medical liens a hospital had against me, that speaks leaps and bounds about his character.  He was with the help of another expert able to reduce my hospital lien by over $25,000. Thank you Clark!

Clark Watkin did an amazing job for me. After a serious injury resulting in a permanent disability, he recovered 4 times the highest offer we had been given prior to going to trial. While he was always the captain of the ship, he was open to our input and opinions. We worked well together over a difficult two and a half years. Five stars for this great attorney.

I am an avid bicyclist and was recently seriously injured when I was struck by a pickup truck.  I sustained a brain injury which required two surgeries. My wife hired Clark Watkin at The Watkin Law Office while I was recovering and Attorney Watkin brought two insurance claims on my behalf: one against the motorist and the other against my own underinsured motorist coverage.  Mr Watkin successfully recovered ALL of the money available under those two policies!  Clark always kept us up to date, making the process easy and stress free.  It was a pleasure working with someone who is so diligent, knowledgeable, and thorough.  We would highly recommend Watkin Law to anyone who sustains a serious personal injury.
