I called for further information on a petty violation which the officer who pulled me over was really understanding and helpful, however after calling the court house; Brenda answered the phone, very sarcastic and rude. Completely unprofessional. Especially when hanging up the phone on me when I was simply asking for further information on a petty citation. I would think that this building being a government facility would recognized the difference between a criminal and a working civilized professional. I work in DC and it is really frustrating because I don't have time to deal with ill and unprincipled communication.
