Scott is an exceptional agent, well worth his commission, as is very detailed and knowledgeable on all the rules, regulations & paperwork and is committed for the long term, through good and bad markets, unlike many others. He actually listened carefully to my requests and did not waste time showing homes which were not to my specifications. We searched for a long time before meeting Scott who persevered and showed me the perfect house which I eventually bought. The negotiation process was painless due to his knowledge, patience and helpfulness. He was always punctual and creative to offer solutions to seemingly impossible problems and he has always been available for help even years after the sale.

I employed Scott last summer to sell my Mesa home.  I chose him because clearly he was a seasoned professional, had great familiarity with the Mesa and its market, and the attention and focus I trusted he would apply in the marketing of the property ... he did not let me down on that point.  He led off with an impressive media blitz and properly timed open house showings.  Scott is the type who wanted to be able to answer virtually any question that the prospective client might ask, from the routing of the irrigation and underground drainage to the media wiring in the walls and the age of the toilet, so we spent considerable time in detailed walk-throughs so each and every aspect of the property was known.

Throughout the process, I could count on a number of ‘status update’ telephone calls each week along with ample notice of an inspection or a showing.  He never had to slip an appointment and was always on time.  And before long I received an acceptable offer.  After that, it was a ‘piece of cake’ and Scott took care of everything; I did not have to go to his office to sign this or that document, he would bring it to my home.  Free use of his moving van on my rattled schedule was definitely appreciated.

Scott has been my representative in two purchases and one sale on the Santa Barbara mesa during the past seven years. I have found him to be quite knowledgeable about the mesa and the general real estate market. 

Scott showed me several dozen homes over a period of years. He was invariably well informed, courteous and punctual. When the time came for negotiations he proved to be an effective and ethical representative.
 
He maintains and continually updates a list of repair/maintenance personnel and workmen which is very helpful whether buying or selling.
Another plus is the truck Scott provides for use by clients and qualified charities or community service organizations.

Scott is a hard working agent who diligently represents his clients with integrity.

Scott gave very helpful advise on selling our home on important points before it was listed. We had multiple offers within 4 days of listing and Scott negotiated higher offers. We were very pleased with his years of experience and how he took the stress of selling away.
I would highly recommend Scott if You are considering selling Your home. You will not regret it.
