Story

Our company was founded in 1976. After over 20 years of unparalleled success as the Coleman Land Trust, Prudential Utah Real Estate was incorporated in 2001.

On November 12, 2009, Prudential Real Estate announced new leadership when Stephen Roney, a residential real estate and relocation veteran of more than 30 years, assumed leadership of the company.

After several years of success under the Prudential brand, in 2014 the company changed umbrellas and became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties. The company’s standing partnership with Berkshire Hathaway, one of the most respected brands in the world, has ushered in new growth including two new offices in the Salt Lake Valley and increased company size throughout.
