I have known David for over 20 years. In everything he does he strives to be and do his very best. He is a consummate professional. David is continually looking for new ways and cutting edge technology to better serve his clients. He is also the hardest working real estate agent I know. David is at the office most mornings hours before most other agents are even out of bed and is often the last to leave at night. He often goes way out of his way to make a real estate transaction come together, when other agents would have just walked away. David is the only agent I would consider working with.

David Lawson helped my husband and I buy our first property in 2009 in Park City, Utah. We had such a great experience that we did not hesitate to use him again when buying a second property in 2012. Through both purchases, David went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. He spent extensive time understanding what we were looking for to ensure the properties we saw met our needs/wants. He is so attentive that he even showed up to both of our closings. 

His knowledge of the Park City area allowed him to negotiate an amazing deal both times – way below what we expected to pay for the properties! We would recommend David to anyone looking for a real estate agent in or around the Park City area!

David came highly recommended to us through family in the real estate industry. My husband and I were relatively new to the Park City area, but had been searching for a home to buy for over a year and half. I'm not going to lie, we had some picky requirements in layout, location and budget. With patience and grace, David worked his magic and found us the perfect home relatively quickly. His years of experience and knowledge of the Park City, UT area was phenomenal, and his team hit the ground running the minute we shook hands. I can't recommend David enough to anyone looking for a professional partnership for buying or selling a home. To simply put it, we're living in our dream home today because of him.

I have known David Lawson for over 24 years and he has been successful in every business in which he has been involved because he works harder than anyone else I know.  He is currently one of the top real estate professionals in the Park City area.   I have watched him work with both buyers and sellers and they love him because, not only is he an expert in his field, but he makes himself available and goes to extreme lengths to get their transactions closed.  He is easy to reach by phone or email and he always responds quickly.  David is honest and a man of great integrity.  I can’t say enough good things about David.
