Buying or selling a home is tough. It's an emotional experience and can be very stressful, having the right realtor makes all the difference. Emily Mackenroth is the type of realtor you want. When we hired Emily to sell our home for us we were in the middle of a very difficult time and moving out of state. Emily took control of the entire process and walked us through sale, every step of the way. She told us what we could expect from the market, helped us to price our house perfectly and worked hard to get us the offer we were hoping for. She kept the process moving at an efficient pace that worked for us on our hectic schedule. When it was all said and done the house sold after a short time on the market with multiple attractive offers. The entire transaction took place almost exactly like she said it would. It was a huge relief to work with someone who had such a deep understanding of the Missoula real estate market. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind with a very laid back attitude that puts her clients at ease. Selling our home and relocating under the circumstances we were facing should have been a very difficult and stressful endeavor but Emily made it smooth and easy. She was prompt, reliable and professional from the very first call until signing the final documents. We couldn't be happier with the results. When we purchase our next property in Missoula we will absolutely use Emily again!

This is the former Gillespie Realty, now called Prudential Montana Real Estate. They focus on customer service first, and back it up with hard work and service to Missoula.
