They made me feel like my symptoms didnt matter to them. Not helpful and the doctor won’t count a positive uti result unless it has been sent out to the lab. As someone else said they are the only urology services in the Berkshires and I am willing to go else where because they are just that bad.

I needed medical help, and the office here was unhelpful and rude. They cancelled my appointment, left me dangling for two weeks when I was sick, then were openly hostile about getting me an appointment. The only urologist in Pittsfield, and they don't prioritize patient care -- a disgrace.
