What a fun surprise! We decided to visit on a whim and everything was fresh and delicious. The seasonal Belgian waffle satisfied my sweet tooth and my husband's avacado beet toast was savory and equally delicious. We enjoyed mimosas with our meal. Not surprised to hear they are moving to a larger location in October. Can't wait to visit them in their new location.

Absolutely loved Berlin bistro!! Born & raised in LB & I’m not too sure what took me so damn long to try this place out. Today was my first time coming here. yay for being a first timer & glad i made my way around! Our waiter, Noah, was so great, spot on with recommendations & super funny! Absolutely loved this spot & the kind staff!! will definitely be back. Ordered the BEC Sandwich & holy bacon— that was 12/10

I live next to Berlin and I can say I truly enjoy coming here everytime. I like getting a quick cup of coffee here and chatting with the friendly staff members. They have great snacks including their chocolate almond croissants. Also, brunch here is great. They have quality ingredients for their food and the flavors they put together are nice. My only complaint is that their servings can be a little small but still definitely worth it. If you're looking for a great brunch/coffee shop, look no further.

This place is AMAZING. I ordered the Mexican Mocha Latte, fell in life right away. Perfectly brewed and the taste..... oh man just try it yourself!! Also I ordered the pan fried chicken sandwich. AMAZING. so delicious with the perfect amount of coleslaw! My date got the chicken pot pie and LOVED IT. soft homemade biscuit on top was so soft! Would tell everyone to go here if I could! So worth it!

Attentive staff. Enjoyed the duck egg toast, will order a second egg next time as I like saucy dishes. The sauce was very balanced. I don't usually like prosciutto but this one was very light and not fatty tasting at all! Very pleased. I coupled my meal with their mushroom latte and it paired beautifully. My side bacon was wonderfully cooked. A rare red brick finished building and other warm touches make this space feel very comfortable.  Features: Dividers are available at some seats and the door is propped for air circulation. Very tall ceilings to help with the circulation.

Such a cute place! It's a coffee shop/cafe/bookstore/record store! What more could you ask for? The space is stylish and tastefully decorated and the service was excellent... We came for breakfast and ordered Chilaquiles, Santa Barbara omelette and Rustic Bowl all of which were very tasty... There are also a number of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options... On the coffee side the coffees were all reasonably priced which I was somewhat surprised by... They also have macadamia milk as an alternative milk option! It was so good! My brother has also come for lunch and says he prefers their lunch menu... Guess I will have to come back and see for myself...

We love coming to Berlin Bistro! The staff is always friendly and never short when you can't decide what to get. They have a simple menu with a variety of different choices that even includes vegan/vegetarian options that are marked on the menu. They have both outdoor patio dog-friendly and indoor seating with individual and communal tables. I recommend trying their Avocado or Hummus toast with either a hot tea or french press coffee. Berlin Bistro is also connected to a library/record store!

This small bistro is AMAZING! The food is fantastic and the service is as well. We had a breakfast omelette with goat cheese and it was probably one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. The small fruit bowl that came with was full of fresh fruit and our server Jannet was very attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great petite find in Long Beach area! Gotta love a place that only brews Illy coffee, makes grilled fish and chips mahi mahi and has a divine peach Danish pastry. Service was good and it's got a hipster vibe as it is located inside of a vintage recording shop!

Super delicious food and coffee! Came here with girl friends during a weekend trip! Love the ambiance. The cafe is connected to a record store too which makes it even cooler! The food was so delicious - we all loved what we ordered - and the waiters were so kind and attentive. Will def be back!
