Working with Patrick and Addie has been an amazing experience for me and my groomsman! Both representatives have been extremely responsive, professional, and were able to help the day that my bride and I have always dreamed of come true! The customer service all around has been outstanding! No wonder they've been in business for so long! Thanks to Berlins we were all looking dapper and it was a seamless process; pun intended. I highly recommend them!

Terrible customer service. After they forgot a major piece of my wardrobe I was told by the woman it was "my fault" for not checking to make sure I had everything. They were completely unapologetic about making my family walk in the pouring rain to pick up a piece of my tux they day of an event and then had the audacity to charge me a late fee returning it 48 hours late. On top of all that they were extremely rude and unprofessional. The young men who fit your tux are nice but if you do not look like an elitist, then management acts like you do not belong in their store. I have never left a negative google review in my life so that should say something about bad my experience was. I will not be going back and will be sure to tell everyone in my network of my experience.

I know plenty of people who have had awesome experiences with Berlins, but mine was quite the opposite. First, incorrect measurements for my attire causing the entire tuxedo to be several sizes too large. Apparently it was a burden to correct this and I was originally asked to come back the DAY OF the event to pick up the corrected garments, but I explained that it wasn't possible and so their solution was to find aged pieces from the back to make something work. Also, I was not given a certain day to bring it back, and still I was cosiderate and brought it back only two business days after the event and was charged a late fee? This is not the way to build reoccurring clientele and I will not be returning or recommending.
