Was there today to drop off my Mom who has to travel to Philadelphia. Did not realize it burned down... so sad. It was an old building, but historical for sure. Train was on-time and she got on and left smoothly. Better than going into Hartford if it's not necessary. Plenty of Parking, keep in mind that (as of this posting) there is only one Handicap spot and pickup and dropoff is extremely limited to 3 parking spots, plus Handicap (4 total). So be cautious of peak times because as soon as you turn into Depot Road within 2 car lengths on your left you are at the dropoff/pickup Amtrak Train area because of construction. Train parking is on the right. Hope this helps.

Too bad it burned down! Good station! Amtrak's cool and you can railfan no problem!

I always take Amtrak from this station for one big reason. Free parking. I've left my car here several times for a week or more without any issues. There is plenty of room to park.

Used the Berlin Amtrak Station yesterday, took the train there for the first time. Had a good time! Didn't like the fact that is un-man station on weekends but completely agree with the previous comment.. Spacious & comfortable train too.
