I have been going to Dr. Berman for over twenty years, and she is a caring, expert physician. It is 100% true that I consistently have to wait past my appointment time when I want to see her. However, it is worth it for the time and attention I am given. I know that she is giving this same time and attention to other patients, hence the delay in meeting the given appointment time. Knowing this, I make appointments either early in the day or at the end of the day, if possible, and no matter the appointment time, I always call an hour or two ahead to get a better estimate on when I should actually come in. By the way, I have never had to wait for the physician's assistant. I fully understand others' frustration when they are kept waiting. No doctor would be willing to allow patients to show up late for appointments. However, because of my respect and appreciation for Dr. Berman, I will continue to keep her as my dermatologist and make the necessary adjustments in my schedule so that I can do so.

My husband has gone to Dr Berman, Dr Dye and "Elizabeth" for many years. He has had multiple surgeries, multiple areas on the head and we would never consider going anywhere else, unless they said to. We have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and caring possible. Since my husband often goes into denial (as his Mother passed from Melanoma), they are extremely kind and often remind us of check-ups when we have forgotten or he has been too stubborn. The organization as a whole could not be better. Reading a couple of negative posts here and amazed they exist. We thank the doctors and assistants for all they have done for my husband through the years. He is NOT an easy patient.

Dr. Berman is very knowledgable, personable and caring. I have gone to her for years. Very happy with service!

WOW - Terrible ............!!!! Be aware of this Care Provider..... Dr. Bente Berman's office. My insurance carrier supplied my husband and I with a list of qualified dermatologist in the Agoura Hills area, we have 2 small boys and one unfortunately has a rare skin deformation, we contacted Dr. Berman's office for a check up, during our appointment the Dr. was very rude, unprofessional and had the nerve to say that our child's condition was insignificant. I would never recommend this care provider to anybody. Bad Service
