My doctor sent over my medical records and a referral. Waited for a week still no response. Called them and asked when I could get in they said they would call me back. No return call, I called them again and they said they would get back to me again. Finally called again and the same guy told me he would get back to me and I said what is the deal and he said they're really busy. I then asked him meaning when can I get in and he gave me an idea that I wouldn't be able to get in for nine months. Office is in a industrial park and wasn't busy when I went to pick up my records and take them to another endocrinologist. Do not know what their problem is but all of this took place over three weeks.

I was a patient about 5 years ago. I loved every visit to this office that i took (there were alot ) . The staff was amazing as well as Dr. Bernard. Everyone loves this place !

Dr. Bernard is wonderful and listens and takes care of me instead of sending me off to a a bunch of different specialists. I've had doctors that either over micro-managed me or didn't deal with my concerns at all. Dr. Bernard treats me with respect and trusts my opinions about my own body. I love her. She is the best. I am so grateful I found her.
