I dealt with Lynn Bernard throughout the move. She was professional, courteous, and easy to converse with. Three men from Bernard helped us move. Two of the three men were very good. When we complained of the extra moving time caused due to one of the three movers, we got the one hour credit without us asking for it. The movers did not fix two of our furniture items. Lynn scheduled a furniture repairer to come out to our house and fix it. It is important tho note that my move took 10 hours and was quite difficult. I would give the movers 8 out of 10 rating. I would add the other 2 points for Lynn Bernard. There will be problems with every move, but Lynn made the move pleasant.
