I first started working with World Way in 2014 as an Owner Operator right after I bought my first truck. We worked together for about a year and I left. There was good and bad as you can imagine. My decision to leave was… let’s say that I believed in what someone else promised me, shortly after I went to that other company I realized that the promises weren’t real. Then I tried another company and another one and another one … So after 2 years of trying out this company and that company I’m back at World Way. The people here are nice and easy to work with. The company has people oriented policy, they show you that you mean something to them. They understand my needs and manage to satisfy them. I would definitely recommend them!

I've worked for the company for 2 years and all I can say is everyone gets what they deserve. 
 I've seen These super truckers that are complaining fail to deliver a simple 400 mi. 1 pick- 1 drop dry van load on more than 1 occasion. People always talk smack about the boss but at the end He's the one that signs their checks. And if He wasn't there they wouldn't have a job. Ivan never cut my check short, why? Because I never overstate my ability and did what I was told to do and when I was supposed to do it so all parties are satisfied with the end result.

I worked for this company as a driver for 14 months,for the time I was a driver I had 0 issues or been screwed in any way.Always paid in time(every friday)never under paid from what we agreed on upon starting my job as a company driver.I guess I had 0 problems because I always did my job in a way that is supposed to be done no excuses or bs-ing around.Simply you get a job and you do what you were hired for!Now I am an owner operator with the very same company World Way and there is only 1reason for that.Being happy the way I am treated!

I'm working for the company more than 2 years! I've been paid every Friday- Money on time whit no excuses- great. I did not see anything bad from this company ! I don't understand people which are complaining about the job- for example if you have to drive 700 miles today - they are all yours no one is going to do it for you! Sometimes you have to do a little more to get a little more. If you have to work a little extra time today, you will get something extra tomorrow!

I’ve worked with this company on several occasions and I am very happy with their service. Extremely punctual and professional . I’m looking forward to doing business with Ivan soon.
